How to Review an Existing Property Portfolio

Start with a complete property list. Record each property's location, configuration, size, purchase information

where relevant, current use, rent, recurring expenses, condition and documentation status.

Then ask what each property is doing for the owner. Is it being used? Is it rented? Is it vacant? Does it need

improvement? Is it being held for a future purpose?

Next, look at the properties together. Are there concentration risks? Are multiple properties serving the same

purpose? Is there a property that needs attention before it can become productive?

A portfolio review does not automatically mean selling or buying. It means understanding the current position so

future decisions can be made deliberately.

Next2One Realty can help owners organize this review and coordinate practical property actions.
