When two properties look similar, create a structured comparison instead of deciding only on price.
Compare location, society, size, configuration, floor, condition, furnishing, documentation, maintenance
requirements, current rent if applicable and the intended purpose.
Then compare the commercial side: purchase price, expected expenses, possible rental position and the
owner's expected holding period.
A property that is cheaper is not automatically better suited to a particular objective. A property that is more
expensive may also have different characteristics that matter to the buyer.
Next2One Realty can help organize this comparison and coordinate the next steps, while the final decision
remains with the client.
